We are super excited and proud to announce that The Magimundi Bestiary for 5th Edition is nominated for an ENnie Award for Best Monster / Adversary!!
(For those who don't know, the ENNIE Awards are an annual fan-based celebration of excellence in tabletop roleplaying gaming. The ENNIES were created in 2001 as an annual award ceremony that are usually announced at Gen Con but will be online this year.)
Shout outs to our amazing team of artists, designers, developers, and editors who worked together to produce a beautiful book with amazing creatures that are so much fun to play.
And thank you to all of you who backed the Kickstarter, helped us create this Bestiary, and who love creatures, monsters, cryptids & beasts from the terrifying and awe-inspiring to the truly weird and whimsical.

5e Backers Should Be Receiving their Copies!

Hello, awesome backers!
I'm pleased to let you know that the proofs looked great and we have released the 5e Bestiaries through Drive-Thru RPG. Softcover and hardcover copies are being printed and mailed. We know of at least one that has been delivered today!
The PDF versions are available in Backerkit if, for some reason, you don't see it in Drive-Thru RPG.
The only thing we have left for this campaign is the Pathfinder adventure module from the stretch goal. We are working on that and will update Pathfinder backers soon.
That's the snallygaster and the piasa on the 5e cover, with a small wampus cat assisting the wizard!

An Update on 5e Versions!

If you backed this project in the 5e versions, you should have gotten an email from BackerKit to download your PDF version. If you don't see the email, you can log-in to BackerKit (https://magimundi-bestiary.backerkit.com/ ) and go from there.
The soft-cover and hard-cover versions of the book have been sitting with Drive-Thru RPG for 10 days now. They are still in the "awaiting validation from the printer" status. We are hopeful that we will see a change to that status this week, and that everything will be fine on the printer's end. As mentioned in the previous update, we've formatted the books in the decade-old guidelines and the same way as we ultimately did for Pathfinder that met their specs.
As soon as we hear back from Drive-Thru, we'll post another update. As soon as the files are approved, we'll begin fulfillment of the hard- and soft-cover books. In the meantime, enjoy the PDF and let us know what your favorite monster or creature is!
